Voucher Delivery Options Explained

We offer a few different delivery options (and costs) for our vouchers:

1) Email. This option is free of charge and the voucher is emailed directly to the recipient. The recipient can then present the voucher from their phone, or print it themselves at home to bring along with them.

2) Collection. This option includes a £2.00 fee for our packaging. This includes the voucher printed on luxury paper and presented in a branded wallet and envelope. You'll need to pop into Berwick Lodge to pick up this order. 

3) Postal. Much like the above option in terms of packaging and £2.00 cost, however, this option means the voucher is posted directly to the recipient. The cost of which is an additional £1.25 to cover the cost of a first-class stamp, through Royal Mail.
